Deposits & Cancellations

Your time with me is carefully reserved, and a deposit is the way we make sure our plans are locked in with care and intention. It allows me to show up fully prepared, relaxed, and entirely focused on us. Think of it as the moment anticipation begins, the small step that sets the tone for everything to follow.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure our time, even if we’ve met previously.

Deposit Structure

Sydney:

  • A 20% deposit is typically required.

  • Deposits are transferable with more than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows require the full fee to be paid.

Interstate & International Tours:

  • A 30% deposit is required.

  • Deposits are reserved specifically for those dates and are non-transferable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours require the full fee.

Rescheduling:

Life happens, I understand. With sufficient notice, I’m always happy to reschedule and apply your deposit as a credit toward a future booking. All I ask is the same consideration for my time that I offer to yours.

  • Sydney bookings may be rescheduled within 6 months when cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice.

  • For interstate and international tours, deposits are reserved specifically for those dates and unfortunately cannot be transferred.

If I Ever Need to Cancel:

In the rare event that I ever need to cancel, your deposit will be honoured as a credit valid for 12 months (24 months for tour dates), subject to availability. I’ll always do my best to prioritise your reschedule and work with you to find a time that suits you.

Credits are held exclusively for you and are not refundable or transferable.

Payment Options

Here are the discreet options I use to keep things seamless and stress-free. Please use the exact amount and reference I provide so everything stays smooth.

  2. Bank transfer: Discreet EFT directly to my Australian business account (CBA).

  3. Select gift cards

  4. Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/Ethereum)

  5. Credit card: via private link (5% surcharge, 10% AMEX + ID verification)

  6. Wise (international bank transfers)

Unforeseen Events & Travel Disruptions

  • If circumstances beyond our control (such as travel disruptions or emergencies) prevent us from meeting, your deposit will be credited toward a future date. I’ll always work with you in good faith to find the best possible outcome.
