Deposits & Cancellations

Your time with me is carefully reserved, and a deposit is the way we make sure our plans are locked in with care and intention. It allows me to show up fully prepared, relaxed, and entirely focused on us. Think of it as the moment where anticipation begins, the little step that sets the tone for everything to follow. Please take a moment to read the details below so we’re both perfectly aligned when we meet.

Deposits

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure our time, even if we’ve met previously.

  • In the rare case that I ever need to cancel, you may choose between a full refund or a reschedule, whichever feels right to you. If you choose to reschedule, that deposit then becomes non-refundable, as it secures your new booking and covers the ongoing admin and correspondence needed to reset our plans. Thank you for understanding.

Rescheduling

I understand life doesn’t always go to plan, and while I aim to be accommodating, a great deal of care goes into preparing for our time together. All I ask is that you offer the same consideration for my time that I offer to yours.

  • With enough notice, Sydney deposits may be transferred once to a future date.

  • Due to the high cost of travel, tour deposits are not transferable under any circumstances.

Deposit Structure

Sydney:

  • A 20% deposit is typically required. With more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred once.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.

  • Same day cancellations or no-shows require the full fee to be paid.

Interstate & International Tours:

  • A 30% deposit is required. Deposits are non-transferable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours require the full fee.

    By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.

Payment Options

Here are the discreet payment options I use to keep things effortless, seamless, and stress free for us both. Please use the exact amount and reference I provide when making your transfer. Payments that don’t match may be considered gifts, and while I adore those, it’s best to keep everything smooth and effortless.

  1. BeemIt (preferred – Australia only): Owned by CBA, NAB, and Westpac. It is instant, discreet, and easy. You can create an account at https://www.beemit.com.au/
    I’ll share my username when we’re ready.

  2. Bank transfer: Discreet EFT directly to my Australian business account (CBA), or via a branch/smart ATM if you prefer. I’ll send you a reference number to keep things smooth.

  3. Gift vouchers: I happily accept select gift cards. I’ll let you know which ones are best.

  4. Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin and Ethereum are welcome. I’ll share my wallet QR when it’s time

  5. Credit card: A private payment link can be sent to your mobile. A 5% surcharge applies to most cards, and 10% for AMEX. A matching ID will also be required for verification.

  6. Wise (international bank transfers): A smooth option for international friends - fast, discreet, and simple. I’ll share my Wise handle with you when the time comes.

Unforeseen Events & Travel Disruptions

  • If something beyond our control - such as border closures, natural disasters, or travel disruptions - prevents us from meeting, I will always do my best to reschedule.

  • Any deposit already paid will be credited toward a future date. While I don’t offer refunds in these situations, your booking is never lost, only delayed. Hopefully, this clause is never needed, but should it be, I’ll work with you to make it right.
