Deposits & Cancellations

Your time with me is carefully reserved, and a deposit is the way we make sure our plans are locked in with care and intention. It allows me to show up fully prepared, relaxed, and entirely focused on us. Think of it as the moment anticipation begins, the small step that sets the tone for everything to follow.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure our time, even if we’ve met previously.

Deposit Structure

Sydney:

  • A 20% deposit is typically required.

  • Deposits are transferable with more than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.

  • Same day cancellations or no-shows require the full fee to be paid.

Interstate & International Tours:

  • A 30% deposit is required.

  • Deposits are transferable with more than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours require the full fee.

Rescheduling:

Life happens, I understand. With sufficient notice, I’m always happy to reschedule and apply your deposit as a credit toward a future date. All I ask is the same consideration for my time that I offer to yours.

  • Sydney bookings may be rescheduled within 6 months when cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice.

  • Tour bookings may be rescheduled within tour availability when cancelled with 48+ hours’ notice.

If I Ever Need to Cancel:

In the rare event I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund, or you are welcome to apply your deposit to a future date, entirely your choice. If you choose to reschedule instead of receiving a refund, your deposit will then be treated as a standard booking deposit and becomes non-refundable under my usual terms. I’ll always do my best to prioritise your reschedule and work with you to find a time that suits you.

Payment Options

Here are the discreet options I use to keep things seamless and stress-free. Please use the exact amount and reference I provide so everything stays smooth.

  2. Bank transfer: CBA business account, or via a branch/smart ATM if you prefer. I’ll send you a reference number to keep things smooth.

  3. Gift vouchers: I happily accept select gift cards.

  4. Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin and Ethereum are welcome.

  5. Credit card: via private link (5% surcharge, 10% AMEX + ID verification)

  6. Wise (international bank transfers)

Unforeseen Events & Travel Disruptions

  • If circumstances beyond our control (such as travel disruptions or emergencies) prevent us from meeting, your deposit may will be credited toward a future date. I’ll always work with you in good faith to find the best outcome.
